udh agak lama gak ikut kelasnya Mba Sasha lg, dan wow.. selalu kreatif flownya, intense, 10 menit awal aja keringet udh lumer, 30 menit udah minum keringet sendiri, 60 menit ngerasa enak bgtt. bisa bangun pagi, bisa nyobain kaki di belakang kepala dengan lebih smooth dan tanpa rasa sakit. thank u ❤
